This training program is aimed at CNC machine tool programmers, operators and maintenance technicians that help to utilize the machines to the fullest capacity from spindle perspective. - Know your Spindle– Theory This session covers basic design concepts of CNC machine tools and Spindle. Topics on power- torque and power-speed characteristics of spindle motor, spindle acceleration and deceleration, metal removal rate (MRR), effect of spindle and tool balancing, L/D ratio of tools, spindle run-out and rigidity, symptoms of bearing failure, spindle alarms and troubleshooting , encoder and sensors adjustment, through spindle coolant and filtration, ATC and turret alignment etc are covered
- Hands on training to do spindle periodic inspection
- Failure analysis and reporting
